Whether you’re looking to cater an intimate private dinner, snacks for the bridal party, reception dinner for 150, or a taco bar for a graduation party, we are absolutely thrilled that you’re considering Basalt to celebrate with you! In addition to the information found in our FAQ, please read below for more information on planning the perfect event meal.

4. Contract

The next step will be to sign our service agreement; this contract will be considered confirmation of your order, and is required to be signed at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your event unless otherwise agreed upon.

1. Take a Look at Our Menus

Our Restaurant, Catering, and previous Event menus are great guides for the kind of experience we can provide. Use these to generate ideas for the kind of menu you would like for your event.

5. Finalize the Menu

We’ll send you a quote that has a detailed build out of your menu, concluding any services discussed. We understand that things change, so you’ll have up to 2 weeks before the date of your event to finalize details and pay your deposit.

2. Reach Out

Send us an inquiry through the site or contact us directly via email or phone and introduce yourselves; please be sure to include as much information as possible including details about the venue (of if you would like to book our space), estimated number of guests, dietary restrictions, and any ideas you have about the menu so far.

6. Relax

That’s it. Once Step 5 is complete the next step is to enjoy the food at your event. Our lines of communication are always open though, so feel free to reach out anytime with questions or concerns.

3. Schedule a Tasting

Once we have a better understanding if your event, you may want to schedule a tasting. Regular tastings are $150 for up to 4 people and include personalized service and a consulation to discuss food and any other event details. Weddings with a signed contract receive a complimentary tasting for 2.
